§ 10-60. Transfer of franchise or license.

Any franchise or license granted by the city hereunder is to be held in personal trust by the grantee and may not be sold, transferred, assumed, assigned or sublet in any manner either directly or indirectly, without the prior consent of the council. The definitions of and limitation upon transfers, assumptions or assignments shall be provided in the agreement.
