§ 16-9. Compost bag specifications.

(a)

Compost material bags shall be clear in order to indicate to compost material collectors that the bags are intended for residential compost collection service.

(b)

Specifications for city compost material bags and their use and any future changes to those specifications shall be developed in accordance with this ordinance. These specifications shall include, but shall not be limited to, the materials used for such bags.
